Returns/Refunds Policy
Shipping: Continental USA 7-10 days for ground shipping.
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Mexico 14-20 days (Insurance Required). All other methods are
subject to product and shippers constraints.
Attention!! Please Refuse all physicaly damaged boxes from
UPS or other shippers, and Notify Us Immediately!
Returns & Cancellations: These are Excess Inventory,
or Surplus, or Used, or mass produced items. We are not responsible for small blemishes and
imperfection. They are to be expected and are not considered defects. Some orders may shift
during transit which may cause parts to become loose or fall off. In most cases, parts can
be easily reattached. In the case of used equipment, all of which is sold ´AS IS´, some
parts made have to be replaced, by the purchaser.
- It is your duty to Refuse all physically damaged boxes from UPS or any other shipper and Notify Us Immediately.
- No Cancellation of an Order will be accepted 48 hours after purchase OR after the product ships, which ever comes first.
- No Returns will be accepted 30 days after purchase.
- No Returns accepted without an assigned RMA Number (call 1-208-552-0571 for an RMA)
- No Returns on Special Orders or Custom made products.
- No Cancellations on Special Orders, Non-Stock Items, or "Custom Made Products".
- Shipping Charges are not refundable.
- All Returns for Store Credit Only, less a 15% Restocking fee.
- All Returns must be unused, in resale-able condition, inside unopened original packaging, and arrive undamaged.
RMA Procedure: Call 1-208-552-0571 and we will be happy to help you obtain a RMA Number. If
we are not open, please email us at: siemsent@hotmail.com
Please return, unused, RMA product(s) in their original shipping box or boxes with the
corresponding RMA number clearly marked on the outside of all boxes being returned.
All returns must be sent prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the
returned product for its full value to protect yourself against loss.
We strongly suggest that you ship the package by United Parcel Ground Service (UPS) or other
shipper that provides traceability. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or any
damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
Store Credit: Warthog-Surplus gives store credit for all
returns. This credit does not include the shipping and the handling fee. All store credit
expires 180 days after you first placed the order.
